Why am I doing this?

I’ve always loved music. At this point in my life, I sometimes feel like my ability to hear things with open heart, mind and ears has slipped away.

So this is a test – mainly for me. To tell some stories about songs I love and see where it takes me. And hopefully share a bit with any of you who might stumble upon this.

I’ve covered a lot of ground in 40 years of listening and there are a few songs that still give me chills. I’ll definitely share some of those and try to explain why.

But mainly I want to put focus on songs that “fit” from the last 10-15 years.

Curious to see how this goes and hope that some of you find a song or two that you love along the way.
